OHV 70MM (2.756") Cylinder assembly. This is a Hemi replacement block that uses the Fits Honda /Clone cams, sidercover and top plate.
Will require modification to upper and lower dowel pin holes to mount ARC Billet Side Cover.
You can use the GX200/196cc Clone 54mm stroke crank to make a 208cc engine!
