I'm looking for a 5/8" bore clutch for Coleman ct200U-EX mini bike. That bike actually has a 16MM crankshaft. 16MM is 0.630" 5/8" is 0.625" That .005" keeps the 5/8" clutches from being installed on that crank I do have plenty of customers that will remove everything from the crank, start the engine, and use sandpaper to remove .005" from the crank so common clutches will fit that shaft. We do not have any 16MM bore clutch… Read more
Do I put a little oil on the bushing or just put it on the bike dry? I always oil the bushing before installing any clutch. Use regular, non-synthetic motor oilThe bronze is porous and will absorb oil. It will slowly release the oil as the clutch gets warm. Because of this, you should give that bushing a couple of drops of oil after every 2 hours of normal use.If your gearing is for high speed, that can get clutches very hot and you sho… Read more

All of the information I will give here is based upon the common DB30/P… Read more
I have the predator 212 and the max torque clutch when it says when the crankshaft is not drilled and tap I'm guessing it means if there's not a hole at the end of the crankshaft where the bolt lock washer, and flat washer goes into? So do I need to use the bolt lock washer, and flat washer at the end of the crankshaft if I have the set screws or would I have to use the set screws and the bolt and washer? I have not seen a Predator 212 tha… Read more
