Do I put a little oil on the bushing or just put it on the bike dry?
I always oil the bushing before installing any clutch. Use regular, non-synthetic motor oil
The bronze is porous and will absorb oil. It will slowly release the oil as the clutch gets warm. Because of this, you should give that bushing a couple of drops of oil after every 2 hours of normal use.
If your gearing is for high speed, that can get clutches very hot and you should oil the bushing more often.
