Magna-Matic MAG-1000GC Gold Edition Balancer with Carbide Shaft
The MAG-1000GC Gold Edition is an ultra-accurate version of the MAG-1000. The MAG-1000GC is for people who need the best of the best. It is great for people balancing items that require greater accuracy, such as: circular saws, impellers, propellers, engine flywheels, etc. The MAG-1000GC has more accurate 8 ball bearings for greater sensitivity, and a carbide shaft to prevent deflection of heavy parts.. The GOLD EDITION celebrates over 50 years of the MAG-1000 balancer.
The difference between the MAG-1000G and MAG-1000GC is that the "GC" has a carbide bearing spindle to prevent deflection when balancing heavy parts (10 lbs and over).
The MAG-1000GC is best suited for people who require greater accuracy in a balancing instrument, and balancing heavy parts. Anyone who has a rotational object to balance which has a concentric center hole can use the MAG-1000 to balance it. The object must be made of steel so that the magnet can hold the object.
