The go kart wheels are usually made of either aluminum or magnesium. Aluminum wheels are a good all-around choice balancing price and performance. They are manufactured either by casting or forming. Magnesium wheels have the advantage of being very strong and light but are more expensive. Select from our range as we stock both varieties. Before ordering, check which pattern wheels and hubs you have. American, Metric, and CRG are the most common pattern. Knowing the right size is important too. Wheels go kart are usually either 5" or 6" in diameter. Rear go kart wheels are generally wider than go kart front wheels although that depends on the type of racing you do. The width of the wheels and the width of the tires need to match. A typical go kart wheels assembly has a set of two complete tires and wheel assemblies, One piece wheel, hub length 3" long, 1 3/4" inside, 1" outside, 14" Tall and 5" Wide - 145/70-6 4 ply Tire, and 5/8" sealed bearings.
