Rotary Corp brand aftermarket product. Pivot Point Bow Tie Locking Cotter Pin Kit 80 piece kit contains 7 different Bow-Tie Cotters that fit shafts from 3/16" to 3/4" diameter. Push or pull the cotter leg into hole, the Bow-Tie snaps into a zero-tension locked position. It is easily released by lifting the loop and sliding off, but reduces the rish of being accidentally knocked or vibrated off, as with hair pin cotters.

Bow-Tie locking cotte rpin kit
They work well. It's nice to have the assortment, I only learned about them in the past year or two. I think they are a big improvement over hair pin cotter pins.
